Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do! All you need to do is place an order via this website
and fill in your international shipping in the fields provided...leaving
the "state" field in the default position. We will send
you an email when we receive your order with an updated shipping
quote. Once you ok the shipping options we can process the order
and ship away! Due to a large amount of fraudulent orders from overseas
we usually need payment other than a credit card.
Do you accept payment forms other than credit card?
We accept Paypal, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers
and Certified Checks. Email us with any questions about your payment
options.
How long does it usually take to finish one of your
modded cases?
It varies by the complexity of your case...but two-three weeks
is a pretty good estimate for most setups. We can rush an order
through if you are in a particular hurry for a small "rush"
fee.
How long does it usually take to finish a complete
system?
Once again, it varies depending on the complexity of the system.
Three-four weeks is a pretty good estimate for an average Wahoo
system. Once again we can attempt to expedite your system order
if you need it turned around quickly.
Can you mod a case that I already own?
Yes! All you need to do is email us with an idea of what you want
to do with your case and we will set up a quote for your project.
Can you mod a case that I found somewhere else?
Yes! All you need to do is email us with a description of the case
you would like us to mod and we will order it for you.
What file types do you need for a custom laser etch,
laser cutout or applique?
We would like a vector file such as Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator.
Make sure fonts are converted to curves. If you can only send in
a bitmapped image then we can convert it for you.
